Ajamjo is a guest intelligence platform built for independent boutique hotels, short-term rentals, and hospitality operators. It captures guest preferences before check-in and delivers a personalized trip guide branded to the property, turning every recommendation into a revenue opportunity. Hotels using Ajamjo see more spa bookings, more dinner covers, and more on-property spending without adding a single new reservation. It takes 30 minutes to set up and works with or without a PMS.
Properties that personalize the guest experience before arrival will capture the spending that would otherwise go to Google, TripAdvisor, and third-party platforms.
